    Keep it simple with TOCO: We take a flat 15% of what you make with each stay, no fine print, no surprises. Our success depends on your success, and we're committed to helping you maximize it, effortlessly and cost-effectively.

  • Are there any up-front costs?

    Yes, but not many. Your guests' comfort is our priority, and we've got the essentials covered. As a homeowner, all you need to provide are the replenishables like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with towels and linens. We'll ensure they're kept in pristine condition through regular cleaning. To make guest access a breeze, you'll also need to invest in a Schlage Doorpad. This doorpad will be automated to automatically change to the last four digits of the guest's phone number. As for the photography fees, we've got those covered.

  • We have a property that we'd like to have managed. What do we do?

However, we offer a flexible approach - for the first 90 days, you have the freedom to cancel the contract at any time with no penalty. We want to ensure that you're completely comfortable with our services. After this initial period, we'll continue to provide you with top-notch management, and we're confident you'll be pleased with the results. We're here to make your experience as seamless and worry-free as possible.

  • What if I want to stay in the house while it's under contract?

    We believe in giving homeowners the power to enjoy their property whenever they want. You're always welcome to stay in your property, as long as it's not already reserved for those dates. We understand the importance of your flexibility. Just keep in mind that Airbnb's policies can be quite strict when it comes to guest cancellations, and this could affect both our company and your property's rating. So, while you have the freedom to enjoy your home, we recommend planning ahead to avoid any inconveniences. We're here to make your experience as convenient and stress-free as possible.
