Who We Are

TOCO is more than just a property management company; it's a family endeavor. Founded by myself, Samuel Peillon, the company draws its strength from a passion for creating exceptional Airbnb experiences.

My journey began with a simple idea and a willingness to turn an RV into a thriving vacation rental. Alongside  myself, my mother, Dania Peillon plays a vital role, overseeing operations and co-hosting properties, infusing each venture with warmth and dedication.

Together we're bring a unique blend of knowledge, enthusiasm, and a commitment to delivering top-notch service.

At TOCO, we're more than just a company – we're a family dedicated to making your property management experience as seamless and successful as possible.

How We Started

In January of 2023, my father went out and bought an RV camper for the family. This caught us all by surprise because none of us had ever used a camper nor had we ever talked about wanting one as a family.

At the time, I was living in Gainesville, FL as a physical therapy student while my parents were living in Tampa. The RV camper was sitting idle next to their house, collecting dust until the day comes that we decide to use it. It was one of those 'lightbulb' moments when I thought, 'Why not turn it into an Airbnb?' Little did I know, this impulsive decision would set the stage for a fascinating journey.

I immersed myself in research, learning the ropes of remote property management, learning what it takes to run a successful Airbnb, and eventually achieving the coveted 'Superhost' status.

It was during this time that the idea dawned on me – "If I could do this for my parents, why not extend my expertise to others? To current Airbnb hosts who are tired of dealing with the headaches of managing a vacation rental property? To homeowners who currently own a property but need the assistance to get a successful Airbnb running?

And so, over time, I became proficient in managing properties from afar, and now, as of August of 2023, I'm excited to share this journey with fellow homeowners through TOCO.
